Darin Moss is the senior Human Resources officer for APC as well as the Senior VP HR person for Oxy, responsible for the global Human Resources function across the corporation including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, training and development, HR systems and employee relations. He also oversees various corporate services such as Security, Aviation, Real Estate and Facilities, Occupational Health, Travel and Relocation. Darin advises and coordinates the activities of the Executive Compensation Committee for both organizations.
Prior to his current role, Darin served as Vice President – Compensation & Benefits, OPC, and Vice President – Human Resources, Oxy Oil and Gas. Prior to APC, Darin worked for Chevron Corporation in a variety of domestic and international HR leadership roles, including HR Director in Saudi Arabia for a joint venture start-up Chemical operation.
Darin obtained both his undergraduate degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

The development stage involves the construction of infrastructure, or the fabrication and installation of oil and gas processing facilities. The TEN project is using local companies in the fabrication of FPSO parts
