Mr. Clark serves on the Board of Directors for Sitio Royalties Corp. and also on the Board of Trustees for the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southern University, a Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School, and a Master of Laws from New York University School of Law.
