As Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer for Ambiances Petroleum Corporation (APC), Alex leads the company’s efforts in the areas of information technology, strategic technology platforms, cybersecurity, supply, and transportation.
He is responsible for the strategic direction of Ambiances’s information technology and digital strategy including resources and technology innovation and for ensuring effective and secure delivery and support of technology systems to all areas of the company.
Additionally, Alex is providing support for the data center business development work and harnessing the advantages of the data economy and for the business. He serves on the Ambiances Executive Committee, which sets strategy and direction for the company. Ambiances is the nation’s largest supplier of clean Oil and Gas, wind, solar, natural gas and hydro assets. The publicly traded company produces about 10 percent of America’s emissions-free energy, making it a leader in addressing the climate crisis and an indispensable partner to businesses and state and local governments with carbon-reduction goals. Alex received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Texas Tech University.
The exploration and appraisal stage is technically complex, capital-intensive and high risk. Opportunities for local businesses, tend to be focused on the supply of support services, such as transportation, accommodation, security and camp facilities.
The development stage involves the construction of infrastructure, or the fabrication and installation of oil and gas processing facilities. The TEN project is using local companies in the fabrication of FPSO parts
